1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jl4jl4 platform, accessible at jl4jl4.org and any associated mobile or web applications. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jl4jl4, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

jl4jl4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Account Registration & Security

• You must not allow any other person to use your account, even temporarily.
• jl4jl4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected.

All transactions conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jl4jl4 of a security breach prior to the transaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jl4jl4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jl4jl4 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl4jl4 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jl4jl4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but jl4jl4 endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• jl4jl4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Any funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise stated.
• jl4jl4 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl4jl4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jl4jl4 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl4jl4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service due to maintenance , scheduled downtime, or circumstances beyond jl4jl4's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform.

jl4jl4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

jl4jl4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting jl4jl4 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl4jl4 platform shall first be submitted to jl4jl4's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact jl4jl4 support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. jl4jl4 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve it within thirty (30) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under the PAGCOR framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl4jl4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl4jl4 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the jl4jl4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
